In our efforts to combat illegal robocalls, we have implemented robust robocall mitigation measures to monitor our network and ensure that calls originating from our network are legitimate and authorized.

Our Commitments:

  1. Robocall Prevention: Silver Rapid prohibits the origination of illegal and spoofed robocalls by our voice service users. We strictly enforce this policy to prevent fraudulent activities, protect our customers, and maintain the integrity of our network.
  2. Consequences of Violation: Violation of our robocall prevention policy, including the intent to defraud, cause harm, or obtain anything of value through illegal robocalls, will result in serious consequences. This may include the suspension and/or termination of your services with Silver Rapid.

Reporting Suspected Illegal Robocalls:

If you suspect or encounter illegal robocalls originating from our network, we encourage you to report them promptly. Please email us at help@silverrapid.com with details of the suspected robocalls, including any relevant information that may assist us in investigating and addressing the issue.
