Internet Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Silver Rapid Internet Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • The Program is open to current Silver Rapid customers (“Referrers”) who refer new customers (“Referrals”) to sign up for Silver Rapid internet services.
  • Referrers must be in good standing with Silver Rapid and have an active account to participate in the Program.

2. Referral Process:

  • Referrers can refer friends, family members, or acquaintances (“Referrals”) to sign up for Silver Rapid internet services.
  • To qualify for the referral reward, Referrals must mention the Referrer’s name or unique referral code during the sign-up process.
  • Referrals must be new customers who have not previously subscribed to Silver Rapid internet services.

3. Reward:

  • Upon successful activation of internet services by the Referral and payment of their first bill, the Referrer will receive one month of free service credited to their account.
  • The free month of service has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other rewards.
  • The reward is non-transferable and may only be used towards the Referrer’s Silver Rapid account.

4. Limitations:

  • Referrers may earn a maximum of one free month of service per qualified Referral.
  • Referrers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the free month of service.

5. General Terms:

  • Silver Rapid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Silver Rapid reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referral who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Silver Rapid’s decisions regarding eligibility, reward issuance, and any disputes related to the Program are final and binding.

6. Agreement to Terms:

  • By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referrals agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Silver Rapid.
